أن المنظمة العالمية للدفاع عن ضحايا الإرهاب..والمسجلة في الأمم المتحدة ومقرها الرئيسي كندا..
بعض سلسلة اتصالات شملت شخصيات عالمية وعربية ومنهم حقوقيين من قضاة ومحاميين ونشطاء حقوق الانسان.
تقرر انشاء محمكة العدل الشعبية…
وقد تم تكليف (مسوؤل العلاقات الدولية في المنظمة السفير الأممي علي عقيل خليل) اجراء الاتصالات الازمة لتأسيس هذه المحكمة بما يتوافق مع ثوابت المنظمة…
و ستتكون المحكمة من مجموعة قضاة
يكونون من الرافضين للهيمنة الامريكية الأسرائيلية يفضل ان يكونو قضاة او محامين و ناشطين منظمات حقوق الانسان.
الادعاء العام يوجه التهم للقيادات الامريكية الاسرائيلية الذي تلوثت اياديهم بدماء الشعوب.
ويكون هناك مدعيين في الحق الشخصي من ضحايا الإرهاب الأميركي الأسرائيلي.
تعقد جلسة المحكمة بأسم القانون الدولي والإنساني لمحاكمة هؤلاء كمجرمي حرب .
وسوف تكون جلسات المحكمة علنية تحت اضواء وسائل الإعلام مباشرة.

The World Organization for the Defense of Victims of Terrorism has tasked UN Ambassador Ali Akil Khalil with conducting the necessary contacts to establish the International Court of Justice.

The World Organization for the Defense of Victims of Terrorism, registered with the United Nations and headquartered in Canada, has conducted a series of contacts with international and Arab figures, including human rights judges, lawyers, and activists.

It has been decided to establish the People’s Court of Justice. The organization’s International Relations Officer, UN Ambassador Ali Akil Khalil, has been tasked with conducting the necessary contacts to establish this court in accordance with the organization’s principles. The court will consist of a panel of judges who oppose American-Israeli hegemony, preferably judges, lawyers, and human rights activists.

The prosecution will bring charges against American and Israeli leaders whose hands are stained with the blood of innocent people.

There will also be plaintiffs representing victims of American-Israeli terrorism.

The court will convene in the name of international humanitarian law to try these individuals as war criminals.

The court sessions will be public and broadcast live by the media.
